By accessing SmartArc, you agree to these Terms of Service, our EULA, and our Privacy Policy.

3.2 Description of Services

SmartArc allows users and organizations to:

• Create digital company and personal profiles
• Manage NFC/QR-linked pages and analytics
• Upload media and promotional materials
• View engagement and performance data

3.3 Eligibility

You must be 18 or older (or have parental consent) and provide accurate information. We may refuse or suspend accounts for violations.

3.4 User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• Protecting login credentials
• Reporting any unauthorized access

3.5 Subscriptions and Payments

Some services are paid. All prices are in ZAR (South African Rand). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

3.6 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, defamatory, or infringing content
• Spread malware or spam
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Misuse SmartArc to disrupt other users or systems

3.7 Service Availability

SmartArc strives for consistent uptime, but temporary interruptions may occur for updates or maintenance.

3.8 Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy breaches or unlawful activity. Upon termination, access to SmartArc ceases immediately.

3.9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, under the jurisdiction of South African courts.
